Candidates apply on line for the postition(s) for which they are qualified and interested. -
A human resource representative will conduct a thorough phone interview of qualified candidates. -
The human resource representative will forward qualified candidates information to the hiring manager. -
A skills assessment test may be administered to candidates, depending on position. -
The human resource representative will coordinate personal interviews between hiring managers and selected candidates. The interview process for all our positions includes multiple steps with the hiring manager or the CEO. -
Once we establish interest in a candidate, a thorough background check will be ran on candidates, including a criminal check, credit check, motor vehicle record check, employment verifications and education verification. The background checking process must be complete before an offer for employment can be made. |
